below are a few of the areas our residents association is actively working to support the Southfield Estates Community
Common Areas
Our common areas are for the benefit of all our residents, landscaping and signage require regular care and investment to maintain the aesthetics and keep our neighborhood welcoming and attractive. Our common areas our a great place to volunteer a little time and energy if you enjoy gardening or other outdoor activities.If you have a few minutes minutes to help please join us!
SRA board
The Southfield Residents Association Board is an all-volunteer homeowner group that is responsible for interpreting the covenants and rules governing Southfield Estates. The board meets regularly to review current activities. Please reach out here if you would like to help or have questions or feedback.
Community Events
SRA is host to a variety of community events ranging from the annual yard sale to the year visit from Santa! Community is not only a place but the activities which take place there as well! Architectural Committee
The role of the Southfield Architectural Committee is to ensure that yards and exteriors of residences in our community are maintained per our community covenants, and to provide review and determination on all proposed exterior additions, changes or alterations, including fences and any out buildings or other structures.
Covenants
The purpose of the Southfield covenants is to help maintain the style and feel that the community was designed with. The original developer and architect envisioned a community of homes which extended the Cape Cod feel that so many people wish to experience and replicate. The covenants also provide guidelines on activities taking place within our neighborhood boundaries.
